Hungarian Grand Prix
The Hungarian Grand Prix was initially meant to be a street race in Budapest, but after considerations, it was finally decided to be held just outside the capital on a purpose-built track named the Hungaroring circuit. Located in a valley, this circuit took 8 months to complete and its first race saw approximately 200,000 fans. Great views are almost a given here as you can see about 80% of the circuit from higher points. With a length of 4.3km, this bendy circuit is one of the shortest ones among the Formula 1 circuits and its tight layout doesn´t make overtaking easy. You can expect a spectacular atmosphere as the entire city goes into celebration mode during this weekend, and fans are out in droves to spread the good vibes. The structure of the Hungaroring Circuit makes it a superb place to watch the race as the grandstands are mainly on an elevated level
