Do you sell EVENT tickets only?
Our packages are designed for travelling fans to offer you a complete, hassle-free experience that goes beyond just attending the match. By choosing our package, you gain access to premium seating, match seats guaranteed together and exclusive events that aren't available with standalone tickets. Everything is packaged, including top-quality accommodations and travel, saving you the time and effort of making separate arrangements.
Do you not have any reductions for children/infaNTS?
All our premium match break packages are for adults. Our packages don't offer reduced prices for children, but they'll can still get to enjoy every thrilling moment of the match alongside you. Remember, all children must be accompanied by an adult to attend the match. Please note All persons entering any stadia require a ticket. Some stadia refuse entrance to under 2 year olds and Prams are not allowed inside.
Why does an Infant need a ticket?
All persons entering a stadium require a ticket this includes infants. Please note that Stadium Sports Bars and Hospitality lounges can be very lively at any football match. Some stadia refuse entrance to under 2s, so please ask us before confirming your booking.
What is included in the cost?
Included in the costs are your event ticket, hotel that you have selected on a room only basis, and all the inclusions listed under the package details selected. These vary by club, events and stadium.
Will my tickets arrive in time?
Hotel vouchers and Itineraries will be emailed 7 days before kick off. Match tickets or Smartphone Tickets are issued between 1- 3 days before kick off. Ticket Type will be listed under the package description. Etickets will be emailed to the lead booker or travel agent approximately 3 days before kick off. We also operate an out of hours team on all match days on the main telephone number.
Do i need travel insurance?
SEESPORTS advise all guests to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place to cover against unexpected losses and medical cover. Insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to cover against cancellation. Please note SEESPORTS DOES NOT sell travel insurance and its NOT included in your package price and you should contact your insurance provider or Travel agent to arrange.
I can no longer travel can i have a refund?
All deposits are 100% non refundable, once the final balance is paid 8 weeks before departure then this is also non refundable. Please note your are booking the MATCH FIXTURE and NOT the date. If you are cancelling for an insurable reason you could make a claim for any losses from your travel / event insurance company.
What are long side and short side?
Long side tickets are located along the side of the pitch. Short side tickets are located behind the goal line (nets/posts).
WhAT happens when the EVENT kick off date moves?
SEESPORTS will move your hotel and matchday package to the new date. Fixtures and kick off times change for a number of reasons including TV scheduling and cup competitions, SEESPORTS cannot be held responsible for those changes and we will not be held responsible for any travel arrangement that you have made outside of what we have booked. Please note we do not advise you to arrange flights until kick off times have been finalised.
Will we all be seated together at the EVENT?
Yes, we guarantee seats together .With certain clubs & Events in La Liga we only guarantee seats in pairs. Groups (10 or above) please contact us for a dedicated quote and to check group space , and to ensure we can seat you together.
We are travelling on your coach tour when will i get my tickets?
Your itinerary along with the details of the tour manager who will be escorting the group are emailed approximately 7 days before departure. Match Tickets will be dispatched to you approximatley 3 days before kick off. Please note Tour managers do not carry copies of tickets so please ensure you bring them.
Can i get my tickets for the away END?
Unfortunately no, all our match break packages are for home supporters only. Any guests seen to be openly supporting the opposition (away team) are liable to refused entry or ejected from the stadium without any compensation.
Can i change my hotel or add extra nights?
Yes, we work with other hotels and if you would prefer to stay in a different hotel or to add extra nights then please contact us and we can tailor the package for you needs.
DO FOOTBALL FIXTURES CHANGE?
Fixtures are amended and changed throughout the season for several reasons, including TV broadcast selections and to accommodate domestic and European Cup fixtures. Therefore all kick off times are promoted as subject to change. Please be advised you are booking the Match Fixture and NOT the date.
Will I have my own bed in the hotel?
We will always try our best to meet all guest rooms requirements. Triple rooms in hotels will have space for 3 people but not always individual beds. Triple rooms usually have a double bed plus a sofa bed. If you require 3 separate beds please call us to ensure if that is possible, and if any extra charges will apply.
I am a travel agent but cant remember my log in
Authorised Travel Agents, that have an agency agreement completed by their head office, do not need to log in to complete a booking. The account number should be added on the check out page to ensure bookings are added to their account.

As you are the Travel Agent placing the booking, please ensure you add your shop address and contact details under the customer information page at check out.
How do I book 2 sepArate rooms but have all seats together at the event?
Please select the package you require and add to your cart, then add the second package to your cart and then check out. We will always allocate all seats together for guests travelling on the same booking reference.
