What’s included in a SEESPORTS package?
A SEESPORTS package includes:
- Official match tickets with guaranteed seats together
- Handpicked hotel accommodation
- Our exclusive Kick-off Cover, in case fixtures are moved
- Extras listed in the package, such as hospitality or events
- Optional ferry travel add-ons with Stena Line or Irish Ferries
Do SEESPORTS packages include flights?
No – flights aren’t currently included in SEESPORTS packages.
- We recommend booking with one of our trusted travel agent partners
- Alternatively, you can arrange your own flights
- If booking independently, choose flexible/refundable fares and arrange suitable travel insurance
Can I just book an event ticket with SEESPORTS?
No – SEESPORTS specialises in complete packages.
- Every package includes both official tickets and hotel accommodation

SEESPORTS offers a wide range of packages:

Are SEESPORTS packages financially protected?
Yes – every booking is 100% financially protected.

How do I book a SEESPORTS package?
Booking with SEESPORTS is simple:
- Book with your local travel agent – just quote ‘SEESPORTS’
- Or book directly online at SEESPORTS.co.uk or SEESPORTS.ie
Do you offer group bookings?
Yes – group bookings are welcome.
- Available for groups of 10 or more
- Tailored quotes to ensure everyone is seated together
- Available for coach tours and hospitality packages

When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets and vouchers are sent via email:
- Hotel vouchers and itineraries: 7 days before kick-off
- Match tickets/e-tickets: 1–3 days before kick-off
Does everyone require a match ticket?
Yes – all guests entering the stadium require a valid ticket.
- This includes infants and children
- Some venues restrict under-2s
- Prams are usually not permitted
Can I get tickets for the away end?
No – all SEESPORTS tickets are for the home supporters’ section.
- Supporting the opposition may lead to refusal of entry
What are ‘long side’ and ‘short side’ tickets?
The terms refer to seating location in the stadium:
- Long side: seats along the length of the pitch
- Short side: seats behind the goals
Will I have my own bed in the hotel room?
We do our best with room requests, however:
- Triple rooms usually include one double bed and one sofa bed
- If three separate beds are required, please contact us – a supplement may apply
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes – travel insurance is essential and not included with SEESPORTS packages.
- SEESPORTS does not arrange insurance
- You should take out a policy at the time of booking
- It should cover cancellation, medical costs, repatriation, and personal belongings
What happens if the fixture date or time changes?
All SEESPORTS packages include our exclusive Kick-off Cover.
- If the fixture is rescheduled, your hotel and ticket will be moved to the new date/time
- We recommend not booking independent travel until fixtures are confirmed
Do you offer accessible seating or room types?
Yes – we do our best to cater for accessibility needs.
- Please notify us of requirements at the time of booking
- All requests are subject to availability
Can I make a dietary or welfare request?
Yes – simply advise us at the time of booking.
- We’ll liaise with our hospitality partners
- We’ll assist wherever possible to meet your needs
Can I make a special request?
Yes – you are welcome to submit special requests.
- We’ll try our best to accommodate
- But please note all requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed
I can no longer travel – can I get a refund?
Deposits and balances are non-refundable.
- Deposits are 100% non-refundable
- Final balance is due 8 weeks before travel and is also non-refundable
- We recommend submitting claims through your travel insurance
How do I change or cancel my booking?
To change or cancel, please contact us immediately, or liaise with your travel agent if booked through them.
- We’ll do our best to amend arrangements
- Changes may be limited by non-refundable terms
