Booking Terms and Conditions
By using our service, you are confirming your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of SEESPORTS LTD trading as SEESPORTS. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions then do not use this site. No booking will be accepted and confirmation will not be given unless you confirm that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
“Services” means: Event Tickets, Stadium Tours and other Services referred within these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any stage at our discretion.
1. Making a Booking
The first named person on the booking (“party leader”) must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making a booking, the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. The party leader must be at least 18 when the booking is made.
(a) All bookings are made with SEESPORTS directly via the website, telephone, email or via your Travel Agency.
(b) No Contract exists until we have received confirmation of acceptance of Terms and Conditions
(c) When a reservation is made over the telephone/email no contract shall exist until you have received a confirmation from us.
(d) There is no requirement for a signed hard copy of this agreement. By making a reservation online or via telesales you agree to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
(e) Please note you are booking the Event Tour and not the date, If an event date changes refunds are NOT possible. SEESPORTS will amend the Tour plans to cover the new date. We will endeavour to use the same hotel and maintain package price.
(f) We do not recommend you book non changeable flights until the Event time has been finalised. Please be advised kick off times can also change due to European and Cup matches.
(g) We reserve the right to terminate any contract which has been entered into if the behaviour/conduct of the customer or any member of their party either prior to or during a trip is likely to endanger the safety or wellbeing of themselves or others.
In the event of us terminating any contract due to the behaviour or conduct of the Customer or any member of their party no refund is payable.
2. Client Obligations
(a) No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to make a reservation with us it is your sole responsibility to confirm that all details of documentation are present and correct upon receipt of same. Where you consider any documents or literature provided by us to be incorrect then you should forthwith notify us by email with any concerns as soon as possible.
(b) All bookings must be made as per passport/Photo ID name to avoid any confusion. The responsibility of possessing a valid passport/Photo ID and or visa where necessary is the responsibility of each individual travelling.
3. Payment/Methods
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless differing credit terms have been agreed and approved by SEESPORTS. All payments made payable to Holiday Savers ltd Trust Accout.
4. Event Tickets
All event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are valid only for your chosen selection. Where possible we will have all members of the same party seated together however this is not always guaranteed.
All SEESPORTS Match ticket allocations are for the home section only. The following are not permitted in the home section under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES away Colours, Flags, Signs or Banners. Showing open support for the away team my result in stadium ejection. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
5. Event Changes/Cancellations
Where the situation arises that an event may be changed or postponed then all ticket(s) shall be transferred to the new dates. All dates and kick off times are subject to change due to TV commitments and is the customer’s responsibility to check any changes. If the new event date is unsuitable for you then we are unable to offer a refund unless we receive a refund from the organiser. If the event has been cancelled outright then any refunds due will be passed on as credit on your client/agency account. This will depend on the amount received back if any from the organiser to us the company.
6. Unforeseen Circumstances
In circumstances outside our control such as Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with your trip. Force majeure, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial act, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service supplier connected with an event, fraud perpetrated against us or any other reason beyond our the control of SeeSports will be unable to offer a refund of any kind unless we receive same from the organiser. Force Majeure, means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, the Retailer or other suppliers of services, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or an event which the Organiser, the Retailer or the supplier of services even with all due care could not foresee.
7. Name Changes/Cancellation
Name Changes must be given in writing and are permitted up to 2 weeks before the event and are subject to a charge per person. Where a transfer to a person of your choice can be made, all costs and charges incurred by us and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers as a result together with an amendment fee of £30 per person, must be paid before the transfer can be made. Change Fees are non refundable if the booking is later cancelled.
If you or any member of your party wants to cancel your booking after we have confirmed it, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us. We will ask you to pay cancellation charges per person. Cancellation charges are calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling, In the event of a cancellation of a booking secured by a low deposit, we reserve the right to collect the balance of the full deposit amount. You may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the conditions of the policy. All claims must be made directly to your insurance company. Insurance is NOT included in your package.
8. Travel and Event Insurance
We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. SEESPORTS does not sell travel insurance. We would strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance prior to booking with SEESPORTS to cover against unforeseen circumstances and cancellation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
9. Telesales Reservations
(a) All telesales are on a request basis only. An email detailing the confirmed reservation will be sent to you directly upon confirmation by us.
(b) Where SEESPORTS books an event on behalf of a customer our responsibility is limited to the event only and confirmation of same shall be emailed for the client’s perusal to address as detailed on the database.
10. Complaints Procedure
In the event that you need to make a complaint, please advise us immediately and we will try and rectify the problem. Complaints must be made in writing. This must be received in writing via email or recorded post within 28 days of the event We value your business and your satisfaction is important to us. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and we endeavour to provide a resolution of your complaint.
11. Promotional Offers
All promotional offers/discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice.
12. Jurisdiction
All terms/condition/agreements and performances are governed by the Jurisdiction of Northern Ireland and are subject to the rules and laws of the Courts of Northern Ireland.
13. Termination of Use
The use of any person using this site may be terminated at any time for any reason, including any improper use or failure to comply with the stated Terms and Conditions.
14. Liability
We are responsible for the supply of the package only, and we are in no way responsible for any additional expenses, distress, loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, and delay, accidents resulting from or attributing to the act of default of any companies, firms or persons in connection with the carrying out of such reservations or arrangements.
15. Arbitration
In the event of a breakdown of communication or a serious disagreement between SEESPORTS and the customer, the Travel Trust Association can act as an independent intermediary.
All complaints are dealt with in writing. Should you feel the need to make a complaint about SEESPORTS please detail the matter in writing and post it to:

Please enclose copies of any previous correspondence that you may have had with the company and any paperwork that is at all relevant e.g. receipts and bookings.
Upon receipt the TTA will administer your complaint for you and ensure that you receive a response. Should the response that you receive not be satisfactory, they can then offer you an arbitration service.
16. Brochure/website/advertising material accuracy
The information contained in on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen package (including the price) with us or your travel agent at the time of booking.
17. Minimum Numbers - Some of our tours require a minimum number of travellers to enable us to operate them. If the minimum number of bookings required for a particular tour have not been received, we are entitled to cancel it and will notify you prior to the final ‘balance due’ payment date. Please note that in such cases, we are not able to accept responsibility for any costs you may have incurred, including costs of other travel arrangements made in association with the cancelled tour, unless booked through us.

19. COVID Specific Terms & Conditions
- Face masks must be worn to gain entry and once inside the stadia. It is each guests’ responsibility to take their own face mask. If you are denied access due to not having a face mask we accept no responsibility for this and have no liability for it. If you remove your face mask inside the stadium and are requested to leave we accept no responsibility for this and have no liability for it.
- Social distancing will apply at all stadia and fans can only sit next to others within their social bubble.
- Photo ID must be taken to the ground.
- At certain stadia the name of the guest will be printed on the ticket. ID may be cross checked to your ticket. If you are refused entry because the name on the ticket is incorrect we accept no responsibility for this and have no liability for it.
- We must be provided with all guest names. We must also be provided with any other requested details that match what we are being asked by individual clubs and venues. These can include but are not limited to phone number, address and email address.
- If you have COVID 19 and cannot attend the game we accept no responsibility or liability for this and will not refund the price of the package.
- If guests' temperature is checked on entry to the stadium and you are not allowed entry we accept no responsibility or liability for this and will not refund the price of the package.
- Guests enter stadiums at their own risk. We accept no liability or responsibility if after the game a guest gets ill and believes this to have been caused by attendance to a stadium for which we have sold a package.
- Guests must inform us if they believe they have COVID or are showing symptoms in the 14 days prior to the match.
