SEESPORTS LTD Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of your contract with SEESPORTS LTD trading as SEESPORTS (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking. No booking will be accepted unless you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
1. Making a Booking
1.1 The first named person on the booking (“party leader”) must:
1.3 No contract exists until we have confirmed your booking in writing. A signed copy is not required — by booking online or via telesales, you accept these Terms.
1.4 You are booking the event, not a specific date. If the date changes, no refund will be issued unless we receive one from the organiser. We will adjust your package to cover the new date and will aim to maintain the same hotel and package price.
1.5 Do not book non-changeable travel (e.g. flights) until the event time is finalised. Kick-off times may change due to TV scheduling or competitions.
1.6 We may terminate any booking without refund if your conduct, or that of any member of your party, is deemed to endanger others’ safety or enjoyment.
2. Client Obligations
2.1 You are responsible for checking all booking documents immediately upon receipt and notifying us in writing of any errors.
2.2 All names must match your passport or valid photo ID. Obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) is your responsibility.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 All payments must be made to SEESPORTS LTD Trust Account.
4. Event Tickets
4.1 All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and valid only for your booked selection.
4.2 We will attempt to seat all members of your party together, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4.3 All football tickets are for the home supporters’ section only. Away colours, flags, signs, or open support for the away team are strictly prohibited and may result in ejection without refund.
4.4 Tickets may be supplied in paper, e-ticket, or mobile format. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct format for entry.
4.5 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
5. Event Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Event dates, times, and venues may change. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
5.2 If an event is rescheduled, your booking will transfer to the new date. Refunds will only be given if we receive one from the organiser, and any refund will be passed on to you.
5.3 If the event is cancelled outright, any refund received from the organiser will be credited to your account.
6. Force Majeure
We will not be liable or obliged to provide refunds for events beyond our control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to: Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather, fire, war, civil unrest, strikes, supplier insolvency, legislative action, technical failures, or public health emergencies.
Refunds will only be provided if we receive them from the organiser.
7. Name Changes, Cancellations & Amendments
7.1 Name changes are permitted up to 14 days before the event, subject to:
7.3 Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader. Cancellation charges are based on the total cost and will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.
7.4 If you booked with a low deposit, we may require payment of the full deposit amount upon cancellation.
7.5 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation costs.
8. Travel & Event Insurance
It is your responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance before booking. We do not sell insurance.
9. Telesales Reservations
9.1 Telesales bookings are provisional until confirmed by us in writing.
10. Complaints
10.1 Any issues during your trip must be reported to us immediately so we can attempt to resolve them.
10.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the event.
11. Promotional Offers
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
13. Termination of Use
We may terminate any booking or refuse service for breach of these Terms or improper conduct.
14. Liability
We are responsible only for supplying your package as booked. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or additional expense caused by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Travel Trust Association may act as an independent intermediary.

16. Accuracy of Information
We take care to ensure accuracy in our advertising but cannot guarantee there will be no errors. Check all details with us before booking.
17. Minimum Numbers
Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If not met, we may cancel and refund any amounts paid. We are not responsible for other travel costs you may have incurred.
18. Chatbot Disclaimer
Any advice from our chatbot is for guidance only and is not legal or professional advice.
19. Health & Safety Requirements
You must comply with any stadium or event health and safety rules (including any public health measures in force at the time). Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry without refund.
