How SEESPORTS Works: What's Included In Every Sports Travel Package

One page, no jargon, nothing buried. Here is exactly what is in a SEESPORTS package, what is not, how to book, when your balance is due, how your tickets arrive, and what happens if a fixture moves.

The Short Version

Every SEESPORTS package includes four things, as standard: official tickets, guaranteed seats together, a handpicked hotel, and exclusive Kick-Off Cover. You pay a deposit to secure your booking, then the balance eight weeks before you travel. Your tickets arrive on your phone. If the fixture moves, we move your trip with it at no extra fee.

That is it. The rest of this page explains the detail, but if you only read one paragraph, read that one.

Most sports travel goes wrong in the gap between the ticket and the bed. You buy one from a website and the other from a different website, and nobody is responsible for the space in between. Then the fixture gets moved for television and you find out precisely how alone you are.

SEESPORTS exists to close that gap. Here is how, in detail.

The Four Things You Always Get

Whether you are booking a Premier League Saturday, a Six Nations weekend or four days at the British Grand Prix, these four are in every single package. Not as upgrades. As standard.

  1. Official tickets - sourced through legitimate channels, in your hands before you travel. We do not deal in resale from unverified sources, and we never will.
  2. Guaranteed seats together - if four of you book, four of you sit together. Not two here and two three tiers up. Your group is allocated as a group.
  3. A handpicked hotel - vetted and tested by us for location, standard and how you actually get to the stadium from it. Not pulled from a booking feed and hoped for.
  4. Exclusive Kick-Off Cover - if the date or the kick-off time changes, we rearrange your tickets, hotel and internal transfers at no extra fee. Included, never an add-on.

What Is Included, And What Is Not

Plenty of companies list the good bits and go quiet on the rest. We would rather you knew both, before you pay us anything.

Always included:

  • Official event ticket
  • Seats together for your whole group
  • Hotel, checked and chosen by us
  • Kick-Off Cover on every booking
  • Travel documents with your route to the ground
  • Financial protection on your money
  • 24/7 access to Sid on the Live Desk

Not included:

  • Coach transfers, except on escorted tours
  • Travel insurance, which you should still hold
  • Meals, beyond hotel breakfast where stated
  • Specific seat numbers, only the seating area
  • Tickets on their own, for any event, ever

The one rule that never bends

We do not sell ticket-only. Not for a derby, not for the Grand National, not for anything. Every ticket we issue is paired with a bed, and that pairing is enforced when you book.

That is not a sales tactic. It is what makes Kick-Off Cover work. When a fixture moves, we can only shift your hotel because your hotel is part of the booking. If you want a ticket and nothing else, we are the wrong company, and we would rather tell you now.

We could blur this line and let you assume transfers are always included. Plenty do. We would rather you knew which product you are buying.

How To Book A SEESPORTS Package, Step By Step

Start to finish, it takes a few minutes.

  1. Pick your sport. Start from the hub page for Football, Rugby, Formula 1, Horse Racing, NFL London, Tennis, Cricket, Darts or Boxing.
  2. Pick your team, then your fixture. Every fixture has its own page with its own availability and its own hotel options.
  3. Choose your ticket category. The seat map shows you where the allocation sits inside the ground. It is a reference image, not an interactive seat picker, so you are choosing an area rather than a specific seat number.
  4. Choose your hotel and nights. Options are listed by proximity and standard. Every one has been checked by us.
  5. Confirm your numbers. Beds and tickets are paired, so passenger numbers need to line up. Travelling on your own? Phone us instead of booking online, so we can match you correctly to the room and ticket allocation.
  6. Pay your deposit. Your confirmation follows immediately, with your booking reference.
  7. Pay your balance eight weeks before departure. We will remind you well beforehand. It is never a surprise.
  8. Add your tickets to your phone. They arrive in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Do this the moment they land.

What Happens After You Book

So you know exactly when to expect what.

  • Straight away - Booking confirmation. Your reference, your fixture, your hotel, your ticket category and your balance due date, all in one email.
  • Around 10 weeks before - Balance reminder. A nudge before the deadline, with the amount and how to pay it.
  • 8 weeks before - Balance due. Once it is settled, your booking is fully secured and we move to documentation.
  • In the weeks before you travel - Travel documents. Hotel details, your route from hotel to venue, timings, and the specific stadium rules for your fixture. Read this one properly.
  • Shortly before the event - Tickets issued. Delivered to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Ticket release timing is set by the venue, not by us, which is why it is sometimes close to the day.
  • On the day - Go and enjoy it. Extended support runs on matchdays, and Sid is on 24/7 if anything comes up.

On The Day: Two Rules Worth Knowing

Where you sit, and what you wear

We place guests in home stands or in neutral hospitality. That is how official club allocations work, and it is why our tickets are legitimate. Away allocations go to a club's own registered supporters through the club's own systems, and no tour operator can obtain them properly.

Which means, at segregated football fixtures, no away colours. No shirt, no scarf, no hat, no flag, no badge.

If you get this wrong. Stewards will refuse entry or eject you. There is no refund, and there is nothing we can do to overturn it. Your hotel and the rest of your package are unaffected, but your match is gone. Every guest receives this in writing before travel.

This rule is football only. It does not apply to rugby, the NFL, racing, tennis, darts, cricket or Formula 1, where you can wear whatever you like.

Getting to the venue

On a standard package, that is on you, and your travel documents give you the route from your specific hotel. This is one of the reasons we handpick hotels rather than pulling them from a feed: we already know how you get to the ground from each one.

Four Situations That Work Slightly Differently

  • Booked through a travel agent. All email notifications go to your agent rather than to you. That is deliberate, so your agent holds a complete record. Ask them to forward your documents. We work with leading travel agency groups across the UK and Ireland.
  • Travelling solo. Phone us rather than booking online. Because beds and tickets are paired, we need to match you correctly to the room and ticket allocation.
  • Groups of a dozen or more. Phone us instead of working through the website. It is faster, and there is more we can do for you once we are actually talking.
  • Paying in euro. Use seesports.ie. It is a separate booking environment with euro pricing and its own euro client trust account, so you are not paying a conversion spread.

If The Fixture Moves: Kick-Off Cover Explained

This happens constantly. Broadcasters select matches weeks out, and a Saturday 3pm becomes a Sunday 2pm or a Monday 8pm.

Kick-Off Cover rearranges your tickets, your hotel and your internal transfers at no extra fee. You do not need to spot the change, chase it or ring us. We contact you, confirm the new dates, move the hotel, reissue the tickets and update your documents. Your booking reference stays the same.

What Kick-Off Cover does not do.

It does not cover personal illness or personal emergencies. That is what travel insurance is for, and you should hold it. The two do completely different jobs.

Full terms are on the Kick-off Cover page.
